At Eades Wallpaper & Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor project. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible, unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and not marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Custom Cut' fabrics, as these items are non-returnable.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing all returns.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box and clearly write the assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Send the package to our warehouse via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
